AN OFFICIAL unveiling of the new LED floodlighting on St Anne’s War Memorial in Bewdley will take place at 7.15pm tonight (Monday, April 13).
The long-awaited permanent lighting has now been completed, along with a dusk till dawn time clock, by Bewdley Town Council.
The unveiling tonight will mark the completion of the project and will enable residents, local organisations, and veterans’ representatives to see first-hand the enhancements.
The event will offer the community a moment to gather, reflect and see the memorial illuminated for the first time in its new permanent form.
The Mayor of Bewdley, Coun Nicole Harper, will be attending the event.
