RESIDENTS across Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley woke up this morning to a blanket of snow which had fallen through the early hours.
And while some set about clearing their cars, de-icing their windows and windscreens and slowly setting off, others simply admired it from the window.
For many, the opportunity of a rare snowfall was too much of a pictoral opportunity to miss.
And they headed out with their cameras and phones to capture some wonderful wintry scenes.
We are blessed in our area with so much picturesque countryside that looks beautiful at most times of the year.
But when the green turns to white, these places seem even more magical – especially with the festive season right around the corner.
We asked our readers to send in their pictures of Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley in the snow and, as ever, you did not disappoint.
Thank you to everyone who posted their pictures.
Here is a selection of some of the ones we received.
