POLICE have issued a warning to residents and drivers Blakedown after a man was seen looking at cars and homes in the area this morning (Sunday).
The man was seen acting suspiciously in Wannerton Road and the surrounding areas.
Officers want to remind people to ensure their homes and cars are left secure with no valuables visible from windows. With regard to any vehicles parked on driveways or on roads outside, people should also make sure that they have removed all valuables, and that they are left locked and secure.
Witnesses to today’s incident or anyone with information should call police on 101 or click here to report it online.
A police spokesperson said: “The information we receive from the public is essential in bringing criminals to justice.”
