THE DATE has been revealed for this year’s big Kidderminster Christmas lights switch-on.
The annual festive extravaganza, featuring plenty of fun for all the family, will take place on November 16.
The event, which starts at 3.30pm and runs until 9.15pm, has been organised by Kidderminster Town Council and the Kidderminster Business Improvement District (BID).
As well as the countdown to the big plunger moment which will illuminate the town for the festive season, there will also be a host of activities and entertainment.
This includes circus skills, fire breathing, craft stalls, face painting, street performers, live bands and walkabout acts.
The event is aimed at spreading some Christmas spirit and providing a boost for businesses in Kidderminster town centre.
