AN APPEAL has been launched to find Adrian Hughes who is wanted for failing to comply with a sex offenders’ register requirement.
The 55-year-old, who had links to Kidderminster, had failed to notify police about his whereabouts.
It is believed he may be in the Jewellery Quarter area of Birmingham.
