A MEETING on policing in Stourport is being held by West Mercia Police and Crime Commissioner John Campion, six months after residents raised concerns about the service they were receiving.
More than 100 residents aired their concerns to the PCC at a meeting in August.
Now, a follow-up meeting to discuss any progress made will be held at 6pm on Tuesday, February 3, at Areley Kings Village Hall.
The PCC will be joined by West Mercia Police’s Chief Constable, Richard Cooper, at the meeting.
It will give the public the chance to hear how their feedback has shaped local policing activity, learn more about the force’s ongoing plans to keep Stourport safe, and raise any further concerns or questions.
Mr Campion said: “After I visited Stourport in August, I heard loud and clear the concerns of more than 100 residents. West Mercia Police and I promised action, and we have delivered on this.
“This is the opportunity for you to have your say. I want to encourage members of the community to come along to hear about the work that has been delivered and take the opportunity to have their views heard.”
