BEWDLEY Museum will be hosting children’s craft activities in the May half-term from 10.30am to 2.30pm between Tuesday and Thursday (May 27 to 29), writes Aine McLean.
Tuesday’s activity involves cress planters, on Wednesday children are making spring T-shirts and Thursday will include parrot sequin art. Sessions cost £7.
Walk-in activities cannot be booked online and only limited stock is available, so alternative crafts will be provided if a session sells out.
All children must be supervised by a parent or carer.
Organisers say the sessions encourage children’s creativity and imagination, making it a perfect half-term activity for children and parents.
As well as the craft activities, Bewdley’s local history will also showcased be in engaging exhibitions and displays which can be visited following crafts as a perfect finish to the day.
