A CHRISTMAS TREE made up of 300 crocheted squares is now on display at Bewdley Museum.
The Crochet Crew, a group made after the Covid lockdowns, created the tree with Ellie Hooper from Ellie’s Little Gems.
As most of the team were new to crochet, so the team started out learning basic techniques before taking on the Christmas tree.
Made of reclaimed or redundant yarn wherever possible, the tree is sustainable.
Volunteers from the museum created the tree frame and lighting was provided by Light Ideas.
The tree is on display in the foyer until the museum closes for Christmas.
