THE MIDLANDS Air Festival 2025 welcomed thousands of visitors to the Ragley Hall estate in Alcester last weekend for three days of the finest air displays and family fun.
Audiences watched in awe as the RAF Red Arrows showcased their finest manoeuvres and skills marking the start of their summer display season.
A definite crowd pleaser was the incredible Austrian skydiver and BASE jumper Felix Baumgartner who performed stunts for the aeronautic acrobatic team, the Flying Bulls that truly thrilled visitors.
This was followed by a ‘meet and greet’ that saw a queue of more than 300 people line up to meet the daredevil legend widely known for jumping to Earth from a helium balloon in the stratosphere in 2012.
Organiser Trevor Graham said: “Every year we work hard to fill our programme with aviation highlights and crowd-pleasers – whilst also bringing something new that is rarely seen and this year – I think we did just that.
“It was great to see generations of families coming together to enjoy a day out and we are already thinking about next year’s programme.”
