FOREST Dog Rescue in Wyre Forest is asking for donations so they are able to look after dogs that need rehoming.
Charger came to the charity as a welfare case from the police, he is massively underweight and barely able to stand.
He has sores and open wounds on his body, despite this neglect, his tail has not stopped wagging.
