POLICE are investigating criminal damage to a large metal gate on a field off Heath Lane, Shenstone.
The gate secures the field where a horse trailer is stored.
Raiders were seen by the owner around 8.45am, cutting the chain on the gate and then breaking the mechanism causing damage to the gate.
On seeing the owner they drove immediately away from the scene in a silver Ford Mondeo, partial registration FV58 .
There were two men in the vehicle. The one causing the damage was wearing a dark hoody with a camouflage print in either black or white or black and grey. He was around 5ft 10ins tall and of medium build. H also had a scarf/ snood over his face.
