Help shape the future of Worcestershire’s pharmacy services

WORCESTERSHIRE pharmacy services have launched a survey to help improve the service throughout the county.

Conducted every three years this survey helps the council to understand how well pharmacy services meet the needs of local residents and highlights areas for improvement.

The county’s pharmacies are essential for many people in Worcestershire, whether for advice, daily prescriptions, or quick access to healthcare.

Cabinet member for health and wellbeing, David Ross said: “By sharing your views and experiences, you will be doing your bit to identify any gaps in the current provision and any improvements in the future and for this we thank you for helping us to improve services”

Director of Public Health, Dr Lisa McNally added: “I urge you to take part in this survey and help us understand whether our pharmacy services in Worcestershire meet your needs.

“It’s important that we gather your views and experiences to ensure that the county’s pharmacy provision meets the needs of local residents for the future.”
