A MAN has been charged with possession of a conducted energy device following an incident in Stourport on Friday night.
Tom Ryan, 23, of Bromford Road, Birmingham has today (Sunday) been charged with possession of a weapon for the discharge of an electrical incapacitation device between Friday and Saturday and breaching a restraining order.
Ryan has been remanded and is due to appear before Kidderminster Magistrates Court tomorrow (Monday).
