MUSIC fans will be in for a treat when a festival takes place in Stourport next month, writes Aine McLean.
Midsummer Music in the Garden is being held from 2pm to 6pm on Sunday, June 22, at Mucklowe House, Areley Lane.
A variety of accomplished musicians from across the Midlands will be performing, such as The Band of West Mercia Police, Bromsgrove School Musicians, The Coppice Shanty Crew, The Chameleon Quintet, David Coulson (baritone), Hereford Police Male Choir and members of The Wheely Different Theatre Company.
As well as the captivating atmosphere the music creates, the festival will also raise funds for the Church House Trust and local Parkinson’s UK group.
People are urged to bring their own picnics and garden chairs.
Tickets, costing £10, are available from Rose at: [email protected]
