A MOTORIST was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving after police pulled over a vehicle in Stourport.
Officers stopped the driver in Layamon Walk in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
Checks also found the car was uninsured and the driver was taken into custody.
An investigation is now under way.
Following the arrest, West Mercia Police have urged anyone who suspects someone is driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, without insurance or has no licence report it to officers.
“We take every report seriously and will do our best to take them off the road,” the force added.
