POLICE caught up with this Renault Clio which was stolen from Redditch and then driven to south west Birmingham.
Officers spotted the car – which was being pursued – in Longbridge.
Then West Mercia Police’s specialist Worcestershire Operational Policing Unit (OPU) used a stinger to bring the chase to an end.
The Clio crashed at the junction of Longbridge Lane and Bristol Road South and both the driver and passenger were arrested.
Checks then found the driver was already wanted for two other crimes.
