The FINAL TOTAL from the Kidderminster Baxter College’s end-of-term fundraising bid for KEMP Hospice is in, writes May-Ling Turner.

The tenacious students collectively generated £550 for the charity.

Fundraising events included a Rudolph Run for all year groups, a Christmas concert, form quiz and a seasonal mindfulness activity.

Amie Kidd, teacher and head of the house system, said: “It was a really busy last day of term, but a lot of fun and students and staff are delighted to have raised so much money for this charity.”

The charity has supported many families and the wider community and relies on donations to maintain its services.

Baxter College prides itself in the values of community and support.
