TardeBoot hailed a success by bargain shoppers

SHOPPERS and stallholders alike gathered at St Bartholomew’s Church in Tardebigge for a bustling car boot sale.

Dubbed TardeBoot, the church pews were transformed into market stalls brimming with crafts, pre-loved treasures and homemade goods.

Stalls featured a wide range of items from knitted and handcrafted gifts to books, toys and homeware.

Rev Sarah Jayne Hewitt said: “St Bartholomew’s Tardebigge has once again shown how our church can be a hub for community life.

“It’s wonderful to see so many people coming together, enjoying conversations, and supporting one another.

“Many sellers commented on the warm reception they received, and buyers appreciated the chance to browse in the beautiful surroundings of the historic church.

“Thank you to everyone who took part – whether as a seller, buyer, or organiser – you’ve made this a truly special occasion.”

With such a positive response, the team is already in discussion for the next TardeBoot in April.
