Wagging tails aplenty as Kidderminster's Forest Dog Rescue gets set to hold its Annual Fete and Dog Show

THE ANNUAL Forest Dog Rescue Annual Fete returns from 10am to 4pm on Sunday, July 27, boasting a variety of fun and canine-themed activities including a dog show, writes Jeanna Karcz.

Ten classes are available for entry in the dog show, awarding rosettes to fourth place, prizes and trophies. Classes include: perfect puppy, super senior, beautiful babe, dashing dude, ravishing rescue, fabulous FDR dog, fantastic family, whirlwind waggiest tail, cracking crossbreed and supreme sausage eater.

Other dog-centric events include: distraction alley, dog scurry, rescue dog parade, NDTS have a go agility and have a go hoopers. For owners, there are numerous stalls, including a pop-up cafe.

Entries to the dog show start at 10am, with judging beginning at 10.30am. There is a £2 fee per class entry. Please note puppies must be at least four months old to compete.

The fete takes place at Forest Dog Rescue, Green Gap Kennels, Far Forest.
