BUDDING young singers are being invited to be chorister for an afternoon at Worcester Cathedral.
Open to all children from school Year 2, the free session on Sunday March 23 at 1.30pm, aims to introduce youngsters and their families to the opportunities available at the ancient place of worship.
Participants can enjoy an afternoon of singing led by the cathedral’s music team, and a chance to explore the cathedral on a short tour.
There will also be an opportunity to meet the current choristers and the day finishes with participants joining with Worcester Cathedral Choir to sing evensong.
