YOUNG PEOPLE from across Wyre Forest, Bromsgrove and Redditch represented North Worcestershire Police Cadets at the Race For Life event in Redditch on Sunday.
Cadets helped out with marshalling, manning water stations and distributing medals and some of them also participated in the 10k race.
North Worcestershire Police said: “This fantastic event helped to raise tens of thousands of pounds for Cancer Research – massive well done to all who took part and helped to organise it.”
Young people from Kidderminster, Stourport and Bewdley are urged to consider joining the West Mercia Police Cadets.
