KIDDERMINSTER and Stourport Athletics Club athletes won 21 gold medals at the Worcestershire County Athletics Championships.
The club won 21 gold, seven silver and three bronze medals at the Alan Moreton Track in Stourport.
Club athlete Adrian James took gold in the 300m hurdles and also topped the podium in the 200m.
James is the number one athlete in the country in the over-60s category in the 300m hurdles.
And his 200m victory also saw James produce the leading time in the event in the United Kingdom this year.
In the under-20 men’s event, Seb Hubbard took 400m gold while Logan Morgan finished second in the 100m to claim silver.
And Harriet Williams won the 100m in the under-20 women’s category while Libby Oliver won the 100m in the senior women’s race.
Under-17 athlete Ted Freeman won three gold medals after coming out on top in the javelin, hammer and 100m hurdles.
And Will Freeman picked up silver in the 75m hurdles and bronze in the javelin.
Club athlete Emma Ross claimed three gold medals after triumphing in the 80m hurdles, discus and javelin.
In the under-15 category, Nicole Bevan won the 100m while Hattie Richards won the 1,500m in the under-17 category.
And Amelia Jones took gold in the under-20 3,000m with Will Kennedy second in the under-20 1,500m.
In the under-13 competition, Alicia Chorostowska took high jump and 800m gold.
And Amelie Davis-Beard won three silver medals in the shot put, 800m and 200m.
Young athlete Imogen McCann claimed bronze in the 1,500m while Sophia Llewellyn won gold in the under-15 hurdles and javelin.
And Seren Macdonald celebrated triple gold after winning the shot put, long jump and hurdles.
Further medals went to Tilda Kiernan who came third in the 200m and Pippa Richards who finished second in the 100m.
In the under-11 quad event, Alicia Thompson produced a strong performance in the long jump, howler throw, 75m and 600m.
