BEWDLEY Town conceded another injury-time equaliser in a 2-2 draw at home against play-off hopefuls Wantage Town.

The home side made the worst possible start as Alfie Tomlin put the visitors ahead with the game just two minutes old at Ribbesford Meadows.

However, Bewdley equalised on 62 minutes when substitute Mikey Bridges found the net shortly after his introduction from the bench.

And Jack Bailey thought he had won the game for the hosts when he completed the turnaround four minutes from time.

However, Wantage scored a dramatic leveller five minutes into injury time as Luke Ballard rescued a point for the visitors.

The result means Bewdley sit 10th in the Hellenic League Division One table.

Bewdley are next in action against Redditch Borough on Tuesday, April 8 with kick-off at 7.45pm at Cherry Tree Walk.
