KIDDERMINSTER Harriers have appointed Richard Dalton as the club’s new head of academy coaching.
Dalton has worked as the club’s youth development phase lead football coach for more than four years.
He has developed many players and coaches and will work closely with the club’s academy staff across all departments.
Harriers hope the appointment will raise coaching standards, support individual development and strengthen the club’s football identity.
