KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are seeking volunteers to act as ball retrievers at Aggborough for the 2025/26 season.
The National League has implemented a multi-ball system for the upcoming campaign.
This will see eight balls placed on cones around the pitch at Aggborough to support continuous play.
Clubs will therefore require eight ball retrievers for every home game to retrieve balls and place them on the cones.
Ball retrievers must be aged 14 or over and under 18-years-old.
Children aged over 14 but under 16 will be required for 3pm kick offs only.
Children aged over 16 will be required for evening kick offs as well.
Any child over 14 but under 16 will need a local authority permit to complete the role. The club will process these permits for any volunteers.
Anyone who would like to volunteer as a ball retriever for Kidderminster’s home games should email Kevin Bunn: [email protected]
Simply email the club with your child’s name, date of birth and your contact details and state whether you can commit to every game or are happy to be part of a pool of retrievers on rotation.
Ball retrievers will receive free entry to any games they volunteer for, half time food and drink and a reduced priced parent ticket.
Anyone who is currently under 14 can also apply to become a volunteer at the club as soon as they reach their 14th birthday.
