STOURPORT Swifts made the perfect start to the New Year with a 3-0 victory against struggling Highgate United.
Second-half goals from Connor Deards, Ryan Snape and substitute Dale Edwards ended the home side’s three-game winless run at Walshes Meadow.
The result means Swifts sit eighth in the Midland Football League Premier Division table.
Stourport are next in action against Tividale on Saturday, January 25 with kick-off at 3pm at The Beeches.
