Family fun day in Halesowen for Tommy the Tornado and Wheely Different Theatre Company

A FAMILY fun day and fundraiser is being held on Sunday, July 5, for young snooker player Tommy ‘the Tornado’ Fallon who is living with autism and ADHD, writes Lily Bedford.

The event, from 12pm to 8pm at The Laurels, Windmill Hill, Halesowen, will raise cash and awareness of the conditions and the Kidderminster-based Wheely Different Theatre Company.

Tommy was made an ambassador for the theatre group earlier this year.

Among the many activities on offer will be food trucks, bouncy castles, fairground rides, market stalls, sweet treats and more.

Visitors are asked to make a small donation on entry with all proceeds going towards supporting Tommy and raising awareness of autism and ADHD.

Additionally, there will be a special snooker challenge where attendees can taken on the Tornado, as well as professional snooker player Mark Joyce.

There will also be live entertainment for all ages.

Organisers are also looking for stallholders.

Anyone who sells crafts, gifts, food or other unique products is encouraged to get in touch.
