ADAM Murray feels Kidderminster Harriers are playing with ‘confidence and belief’ following victory against AFC Telford United.
Goals from Emeka Obi, Charlie Cooper and Reece Devine sealed a convincing win for Harriers in their final game of 2025.
The result leaves Kidderminster fourth in the National League North table, 12 points behind leaders South Shields.
And Murray feels his side are building some momentum after securing a sixth successive win in all competitions.
Murray said: “The big thing is confidence, you can see the boys are playing with confidence and belief.
“We’ve got a little bit of momentum which is nice. We’re doing our jobs.
“People are sticking to gameplans and carrying out their roles which is really nice to see.
“There’s still things we can get better at and improve on but we’ve got to move on, we want more.
“We’ve been on a steady rise but there’s an awful lot of improvement we need to make.
“We’ve still got half a season to go but we’ll stay humble and stay grounded and keep pushing.”
Murray also highlighted the club’s recent signings and shift in recruitment policy as one of the reasons behind Kidderminster’s improved form.
Murray added: “There’s been a lot of shifting and changing and changes we didn’t know we were going to have to make.
“We’ve come up with a formula of recruitment that we feel fits us and the type of player that fits us.
“Within that, some players don’t fit what we’re tying to do. It’s not that they’re bad players.
“We’re going in a certain direction and it needs a certain type of player and we’re bringing that into the building.”
Kidderminster are next in action against Curzon Ashton on Saturday, January 3 with kick-off at 3pm at Aggborough.
