BEWDLEY Town have discovered which league they will play in next season after the FA released the National League System (NLS) club allocations for steps one to six.

Bewdley will again play in the Hellenic League Division One next season after suffering play-off heartbreak last term.

The club suffered defeat in the play-off semi-finals after losing 3-1 at home against Stonehouse Town following a third-place finish in the table.

Bromyard Town, Sharpness and Swindon Supermarine Reserves have all achieved promotion into the division from the step below.

Lydney Town and Studley have dropped into the division from the step above after suffering relegation last season.

And Clanfield 85 have received a reprieve from relegation to remain in the Hellenic League Division One next season.

The other teams Bewdley will come up against next season are: Alcester Town, Brimscombe and Thrupp, Carterton, Cheltenham Saracens, Chipping Sodbury Town, Ludlow Town, Newent Town, Redditch Borough, Shortwood United, Stonehouse and Wantage Town.

The league comprises 18 teams.

All leagues are subject to FA Council ratification.
