Appeal after woman kicked and robbed on Kidderminster canal towpath

A WOMAN was kicked to the floor and robbed on the Kidderminster canal towpath last week.

The robbery took place at around 1pm on Friday (October 3) and saw a woman approached by two boys on mountain bikes while she was walking along the canal towpath between Sainsbury’s and the Post Office, just off Carpet Trades Way.

Police are appealing for information.

The boys were both wearing dark clothing and face coverings.

One of the boys kicked the victim meaning she fell to the floor which resulted in her being unconscious.

When she got up from the floor her handbag had been stolen along with the contents inside.




Police are appealing to anyone who has any information that would help identify the two boys involved in the robbery.
