A DJ who is hoping to start two new discos for children and families in Kidderminster is looking for a venue for his events.
Cameron, who performs his sets as ‘DJ Cadence’, had planned to hold a ‘Tiny Humans Big Moves’ toddler disco and a Pulse Youth Disco over half-term but the venue he had lined up was not ready in time.
The Tiny Humans Big Moves is a bright, high-energy toddler disco, featuring music, bubbles, lights and simple sensory play designed especially for ages one to four.
Parents can stay, relax and enjoy the atmosphere while the toddlers explore in a safe and structured environment.
The Pulse Youth Disco is a lively and upbeat disco for ages five to 11, featuring energetic music, colourful lighting and a fun social environment. All lighting is non-strobe and child-friendly.
DJ Cadence said: “I just want to provide somewhere that is safe for children and give them something exciting to do in the school holidays, whilst giving the parents a break from their youngsters.
“These kinds of discos are not something I have seen in or around Kidderminster so it would be great to put something on that’s a little bit different than what we have already.
“And who doesn’t love a good disco?”
He is now hoping to put the events on in the next school holidays but needs help finding a venue.
