Those gathered joined others from across the district and country to commemorate the time the First World War ended – in the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month in 1918.

As part of the proceedings, there were standards and bearers present and the Deputy Mayor of Kidderminster, Coun Shazu Miah, laid a wreath on behalf of the town council.
