YOUNGSTERS from Little Trinity Nursery in Kidderminster successfully completed celebrations to mark BBC Children In Need’s 25th anniversary.
The fun took place on a very dark and rainy day after a week-long programme of activities which got every child involved – not just those attending on the official fundraising day.
Throughout the week, children took part in a series of physical challenges, all themed around the number 25 to mark the milestone year. These included 25 star jumps, 25 laps and 25 minutes of action rhymes and songs. They all encouraged movement and promoted healthy habits while raising cash for a great cause.

Parents generously supported the scheme with donations and the nursery raised more than £160 which will go directly to Children in Need, helping disadvantaged children across the UK.
Nursery Manager ,Gaynor Cater, said the event was about more than just fundraising.
“We wanted every child to participate and have fun while focusing on physical development.
“It’s a great way to combine learning, movement, and community spirit.”
The nursery’s creative approach ensured all children could join in, making the celebration both inclusive and active.
