WYRE Forest Big Band is looking to recruit a keen and passionate keyboard player to join the band, writes Shauna Begley.
Originally formed in the summer of 2017 by talented local musicians, the band now has nearly 20 members in its ranks. They mostly playing music from the jazz and swing genre but sometimes dabble in a bit of rock’n’roll classics.
The band is available to hire for a wide range of events from 1940s weekends to dinner dances, charity events and more.
