Children's favourite Bluey heading to the Severn Valley Railway

Ryan Smith 3rd Mar, 2026

MUCH-loved TV character Bluey will be making an appearance at Severn Valley Railway (SVR) later this month.

The tourist magnet is all set for family fun, with Bluey due to visit on March 28 and 29.

Families can take the heritage train ride out to The Engine House to see Bluey and listen to tales of his adventures.

While at The Engine House, in Highley, families can also let off steam in the outdoor play area or get hands-on by sorting mail in the travelling post office.

There will also be additional family activities throughout the day.

Lewis Maddox, the SVR’s visitor engagement manager, said everyone was excited about Bluey’s arrival.

“Families will be able to travel in style by heritage train to Highley and see their favourite character whilst creating memories together,” he said.

“Don’t forget to bring your camera.”
