THE ICONIC Piano Building in Kidderminster is now open for business after undergoing a massive £9.6million refurbishment.
The building on the Weavers Wharf canalside has been restored to its former glory and features 29,000sq ft of high-quality commercial space.
The newly upgraded landmark is ready to welcome new tenants and visitors alike.
The Piano Building was built in 1867 and originally served as Brinton’s wool warehouse.
Purchased by Wyre Forest District Council in 2024, the Grade II listed building has been thoughtfully transformed from a former education centre into a vibrant mixed-use space.
The building had been unoccupied since 2019.
