WYRE Forest District Council has apologised after several homes in Kidderminster didn’t have their bins collected.
A vehicle breakdown on Tuesday meant some recycling and garden waste collections were missed.
Homes on Offmore Lane, Ashdene Close, Silver Birch Drive and Husum Place missed their recycling collections.
In addition, Brook Street, Grammer Close, Bewdley Road, Beverley Close, Milton Close, Wood Street, Castle Road, Woodfield Crescent, Cobden Street and Holman Street have missed their garden waste collections.
Crews were out the following day to collect from all affected streets.
A spokesperson for Wyre Forest District Council said: “We completely understand how frustrating this can be and want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to put this right.
“Thank you for your patience and understanding.
“We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
