Kidderminster Fire Station is on the market

Ryan Smith 11th Mar, 2026

KIDDERMINSTER’S former fire station is on the market more than six years after it closed.

The building on Castle Road is being marketed on Rightmove on behalf of Harris Lamb property consultancy.

There is no set price listed for the building; however, unconditional and subject to planning offers are being invited.

The venue was once one of the busiest in Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service’s catchment area and, during 2016/17, there were 699 incidents dealt with by the station, approximately 10 per cent of the service’s total activity.

However, the fire service closed the station back in February 2020 as the fire crews of Bewdley, Stourport and Kidderminster relocated to a new Wyre Forest blue light hub.
