A KIDDERMINSTER man has been charged with drugs and weapons offences.
Kurt Lock, 38, of Stourport Road, was arrested on May 14 and appeared before Kidderminster Magistrates Court the day after.
He was charged with possession with intent to supply a class B drug – cannabis, possession of a class C drug – nitrous oxide and possession of a class C drug – Zopiclone.
He was also charged with two counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.
And he faces a charge of possession of a firearm during a five-year period following a suspended sentence of three months or more being passed.
He was also charged with being concerned in the fraudulent evasion of a prohibition on the importation of a class B drug.
Lock was bailed and is next due to appear before Worcester Crown Court on June 12.
