Kidderminster Shahjalal Groceries building goes to auction

A KIDDERMINSTER shop with two flats above is set to go under the hammer.

The mixed-use property at 51 and 51A Blackwell Street in Kidderminster, which currently trades as Shahjalal Groceries, is set to be a part of Bond Wolfe’s next auction, which will be livestreamed on Thursday, July 9.

The shop has a guide price of £140,000 or more.

Shahjalal Groceries specialises in quality food from Bangladesh, with a retail area, counter, store cupboard and toilet.

The shop is let until September 2040 for a rent of £7,200 a year.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
