KIDDERMINSTER’S former Lloyds TSB bank building is set to go under the hammer next week.
The building at 15-17 Coventry Street in the town centre will have a guide price of £160,000 at the livestreamed auction on Thursday, May 14.
The building doesn’t currently have planning permission, but has been described as suitable for a variety of alternative uses.
It was a Lloyds TSB bank until it closed around 20 years ago, and the premises were most recently used for a print shop.
Suggested potential uses include retail, offices, a bar, restaurant, or a medical practice.
The former bank will be auctioned via a livestream on auctioneer Bond Wolfe’s website.
There will be remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
