HABBERLEY Valley is set to close from tomorrow to carry out tree safety works.
Wyre Forest District Council will be carrying out tree safety work on two large ash trees at the main entrance to Habberley Valley tomorrow, Thursday, February 5 and the following day.
The trees are affected by disease, so the arborist team will be removing some large branches to make them safe, while keeping the main trunks as a habitat for wildlife.
For safety reasons, the main track will be closed, and the site won’t be open to visitors during this time.
A spokesperson for the authority thanked residents for their patience whilst they carry out this important work.
