THERE are a host of events coming up for music fans at The Civic in Stourport.
On December 5, ABBA Alike will bring the music of the Swedish popsters to life with stunning costumes and breathtaking choreography.
The show will feature a string of hits, including Mamma Mia, Waterloo and more.
The performace will feature fun, laughter and a little cheekiness and unallocated seating gives people more room to dance. Tickets are £20 and the show starts at 8.30pm.
On December 6, The Rat Pack Reprise will be celebrating Christmas Vegas style with their show.
This wonderful, award-winning theatre show faithfully re-creates the music, magic and comedy of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Junior at the height of their fame and legendary shows in Las Vegas.
The show, which includes all of the legendary performers’ hit songs, starts at 7.30pm and stars ITV weatherman Des Coleman, Tony Martin, and Paul Drakeley who sing and physically resemble their heroes and share their unique mannerisms. Tickets are £20.
Then, on December 12, there will be a celebration of Simon and Garfunkel.
Tim Chu and Ian Bailey – two exceptional singer-songwriters and composers – are ready to take the audience on a nostalgic journey.
Rather than a tribute act, this is more of a study and interpretation of some of Simon’s greatest songs.
For years, audiences have raved about their incredible performances and their unique take on Simon and Garfunkel’s timeless classics.
Tim is a seasoned session musician with a music portfolio spanning TV, film, and radio and Ian is a Lancashire-born singer-songwriter acclaimed for his original work.
Tickets are £19 and the show starts at 7.30pm.
