POLICE have launched a re-appeal to find Ellis Smith who failed to show up for a court hearing.
The 30-year-old has links to Kidderminster, Bewdley and Stourport, although he is known to travel around the West Midlands.
Anyone who knows where he is right now should call 999 immediately.
