POLICE have released this picture in connection with an appeal after a crash in Kidderminster yesterday afternoon.
A motorbike collided with a car on the Rifle Range estate.
Two motorbikes were seen by officers from Oldington, Foley and Sutton Park Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) racing up and down Jubilee Drive North/South beeping horns and riding in a careless manner.
One of the bikes was a large, black motorbike without a registration plate and the rider was slim and dressed in dark clothing, wearing a black balaclava and no helmet.
The other bike was a smaller, red and black moped type bike and displayed a registration plate with the partial number ‘VWM’.
Descriptions of riders
The rider was of a larger build, wearing a helmet, grey hooded jumper with black wording to the front, black jogging bottoms and black and white Nike trainers.
Around 1.55pm, the black motorbike crashed with the driver’s side of a grey Citroen Picasso on Jubilee Drive North, turning right into Avon Road.
The driver of the car was unhurt, but very shaken and their vehicle was substantially damaged.
The bike rider fell to the ground along with the bike but on sight of the police, he got back up and rode off down Avon Road. There were parts of the bike left in the road, including a BMW badge.

Police are investigating and want to hear from any witnesses to the collision, anyone with any doorbell camera, CCTV or dashcam footage or anyone who can provide information on the riders / bikes.
