Police step up patrols after incident on Stourport caravan site

Tristan Harris 29th Dec, 2025

THERE will be an increased police presence in Stourport over the coming days following an incident at the caravan site on Watery Lane yesterday (Sunday, December 28).

Police were called to the site around 12pm over concerns of disorder at the site.

Officers attended and enquiries and searches – to establish exactly what happened – continued throughout the day.

Initial enquiries suggest the incident was connected to an earlier call from Kidderminster Hospital where a man had attended with injuries which required treatment. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening. It is believed those involved are known to each other.

Increased patrols and police presence can be expected as officers carry out further house to house and CCTV enquiries over the coming days.

Anyone with any information on the incident should email: [email protected] or contact Crimestoppers by calling: 0800 555 111 or by visiting: crimestoppers-uk.org to report details.
