WYRE Hill Sand Park in Bewdley will be closed on Monday, February 16, for one day.
Council staff will be working to replenish sand levels in the play area.
The park needs to be shut for safety reasons.
The work had to be carried out during the school holidays as access to the park is via St Anne’s Primary School.
The park reopen on Tuesday, February 17.
Bewdley Town Council apologised for any inconvenience.
