Spate of car crime in Kidderminster prompts police appeal

POLICE in Kidderminster have launched an appeal following a spate of car crime in the town over the past few days.

Between 3.45am and 4.01am yesterday morning (Wednesday), a number of car doors were tried in Birchen Coppice and items were stolen from a vehicle.

The suspect was wearing a puffa coat and hat and possibly made off on a bike.

Prior to that – around 2.30am yesterday morning (Wednesday) – a number of vehicles were broken into in Primrose Way, Kidderminster.

Officers from West Mercia Police are investigating.
