CHILDREN from Kidderminster’s Little Trinity Nursery have been taking part in plenty of spooky and fun Halloween activities, writes Taneesha Arora.
The children celebrated the occasion in style and got involved in pumpkin printing, shape sorting and the frightening challenge of ‘save the spiders’.
Nursery manager, Gaynor Carter, said: “They’ve had a spooktacular day enjoying pass the parcel, ghost bowling, pin the spider on the web, baking spooky pumpkin biscuits, creating pom-pom ghosts, and even brewing up eerie potions in our water tray.”
Amidst all the excitement of children having a frightfully good time, these Halloween games encouraged balance, coordination, teamwork and lots of social interaction – helping them to build strong friendships.
And Gaynor added: “Halloween is always a dressing-up highlight in our calendar, with plenty of games, giggles, and imaginative activities to keep the children entertained.”
