A MAN has been charged with driving offences after an incident in Stourport on Tuesday.
Marcus Harrison, 18, of Abberley Avenue, Stourport, has been charged with driving other than in accordance with his licence and driving without insurance.
He will be appearing before Worcester Magistrates Court on March 26.
